Venue
The conference will be held at Trent Vineyard in Nottingham. The facility has a large auditorium, numerous seminar rooms, cafés, a bar, young children’s facilities, wi-fi and on-site car parking.
Getting to the venue
The conference continues to grow and we are finding ways to accommodate more people. We have limited car parking available so please do take advantage of the tram or car share as you are able to. If you are using the tram the closest stop is “Gregory Street” on the Green Tram Line (running between Nottingham City Centre and Toton Lane).
Times & Registration
The conference begins on the evening of Tuesday 28th January and finishes after the evening session on Thursday 30th January. You are welcome to come and collect your wristband and programme from 6.00pm onwards with the first session starting at 8.00pm.
Accommodation
You will need to book your own accommodation for the conference. Please see the hotels page for more information.
Evening Meals
Although meals will not be provided, there is a large selection of restaurants and cafés within a short drive, and a few within walking distance. Some evening meals will be available from the Trent Café. Please visit our restaurant page for more information.Â
Lunch
Cafés will be open at various times during the day, selling drinks and snacks. Sandwiches and other food will be available for purchase at lunchtimes. Â
