Conference Fees
The fee covers the conference but not accommodation or food.
| Early Bird (book before 30th September) | £90 |
| Standard (all bookings after the 30th September) | £100 |
Those who will be 18-25 years old during the conference are eligible for a young person’s discount.
| Young Persons Standard | £50 |
Childcare fees are £30 for those aged four and under. Nursing babies who are kept in the care of their parents come for free and don’t need a ticket.
The following terms apply to all Tickets.
If you return your ticket before the 30th November 2019 you will be entitled to an 80% refund.
If you return your ticket before the 31st December 2019 you will be entitled to a 50% refund.
Unfortunately any tickets returned after 31st December 2019 are non-refundable, but adult tickets can be transferred.
For all refunds there will be an administration fee of £10.
